I mean you meet someone on the dating website,then you and he or she fall in love with each other. Do you have any secruity aout your love and how long can it last? I think you can meet someone from the Internet and get to know someone to a certain degree but i find it hard to believe anyone can truly love someone they have never met.

Maggie, oddly I met the current woman I have feeling for though ANSWERS.
I think that you do better through a website providing the individual it truthfully and honest. There are tons of men/women out there that for some reason enjoy the power of being someone they aren't.
It sounds like you have a good relationship but now are getting into deeper situations. You may want to re-evaluate your position. If you love him then keep pressing on and hopefully you two will learn to compromise. Whatever the issues are you have to communicate first. Tell him how you feel about your differences and get a compromise. If he cannot compromise then saying goodbye is probably best.

Okay, have you met your boyfriend in person yet? If you haven't, then that means you may not be ment for eachother. Most of the time when you meet someone online, they usally don't last. But, sometimes....if you find the right person, it could work out. Go with you gut feeling on this. Do you really want to be with him, knowing that you two have alot of problems? Just think about it.

nope. it's purely pretensions and full of lies. you can never can tell if he/she says something that is true or not. and i dont think that such relationship will last. there's no security and no personal touch. i mean you dont really know the person personally. how can you tell that he/she loves you dearly?!

yes i do --- i met my lady online and i do love her very much --- any problems we have we resolve them --- we talk them out and find a solution --- like any other relationship --- we are also very long distance (half a world away) ---- best wishes
