God asks you: Why havent you done more to feed the hungry, ease suffering,clothe the naked, love others, WHY?

What is so important that you cannot and will not do more?

Paying the cable bill, goofing on the internet?

What will you say in your behalf?

Hamoh------------my answer to God is "Im embarrased that you should have to ask me that question Lord.?"

I should have began this years ago instead of catering to my own petty arrogance.
Now what is your answer?

You are going to step right on the toes of a lot of self-satisfied and smug "Christians" or better yet, disciples. What you are stating IS the very heart and core for the reason of our [Christian's] being - to express the love of God, the Father, to others. This is GRACE of God in action ! "Religion" fails here - at this point; whereas, "spirituality" (a relationship with God, the Father), kicks in. This is truly where "walk the walk" is paramount !!!

P.S. "Path of reason" We all know what God is capable of doing and that He is love ... but God wants to see a return in His investment (Christians) to see if they will express love to others. The "Teacher" teaches us ... we don't teach the Teacher !!!

hi, I actual have been to countless church homes and a few do no longer something and a few do plenty. there is an Elim church down the line from me the place they do all styles of stuff. they have set up present packing containers for homeless housing and do extra stuff alongside comparable strains. in reality I actual have been to three of their centers the place they spend a stable 30 minutes conversing and arranging them as properly as all the different stuff like worshipping and bible coaching. once I first while there i grow to be somewhat taken a back because of the fact i grow to be taken aback that they might spend plenty time in this extremely than bible coaching etc.

Thank you for the reminder. Please look over what you just wrote and tell me, are you trying to GUILT people into being better? That's religion, not faith.

Why not instead, remind us (and perhaps yourself) about God's goodness, grace, mercy. He wants willful worship from us, not obedience out of fear, or guilt.

At least that's the way I see that.

P.S. To answer your original answer. I would say "I am sorry, I am without excuse. Thank you for your forgiveness and mercy and for the sacrifice of Your Son. I didn't deserve it to begin with and certainly don't deserve it now, no matter how many good things I did or did not do. But you still took me as I am and sacrificed everything to be with me. Thank you, thank you from the bottom of my heart!"

People do contribute and you doing this is just goofing around i contribute i give half my work money and i am in high school still i care about how they are living and many people do do things so dont say they dont because it is a fight you will never win its the plain and simple truth so dont post something like this again you make a fool of yourself.

If I had to pick one reason for myself I'd say it's because Jesus said giving to help the poor is a waste of resources. "There will be poor always" he said.

I say, Why have you allowed someone to be hungry in the first place? Why have you allowed such suffering. Why have you allowed innocent children to be born into such horrible poverty stricken situations that they die weeks after they are born? And didn't you create us naked in the first place? Why don't you get off your A S S and do something for once.
