Ok here is the problem.
Something happened some time ago that forced me to change my social surroundings. I want to talk about it so bad but whenever I try around my friends they either say "Leave it to a journal", "Nobody cares", ect. ect.
When I try to go the journal route it only seems to build on the emotions rather than help.
It seems that whenever I try to talk about it no one wants to hear it and they tell me to leave it in the past.
There has to be other was other than talking to others or writing in journals but what other ways are there?

In my case I notice I get passive agressive. If you are in college like a university, there are pretty good counseling people, try calling them. Universties practice on people ususally you sign up for January. Other than that I suggest you develop a passion for some hobby, or sport. In this way you'll have some driving interest and have some control over something important to you, while your developing yourself for independence, have faith. Theres a country song that says Life is a highway.

See the locators, and the 1800-therapist website (page 1), and find a therapist who does not advocate the use of medications, unless as a last resort, and also practise daily, one of the relaxation techniques, at http://www.ezy-build.net.nz/~shaneris on page 2.

Therapy. See a counselor. They are trained to listen, be an advocate, and help you better understand you. Bottling up your emotions results in emotions that leak out in many different ways, and they generally not good ones.

U can try to control those emotions. Take a walk, relax, do things that u really enjoy. Slowly the emotions will go away.

therapist; that's what they're there for. They won't brush you off and will actually listen and help you deal with the bottled emotions. You need to release whatever is still buried in you or else it'll just get worse and worse. Please seek counseling. It can't hurt; only help. Good luck to you and God bless.
