Sure, I could punch an old lady. Most old ladies are nice, but some old ladies can be really nasty. I haven't met one I'd punch , but I've met one I'd slap real hard across the cheek for saying something nasty about my recently deceased aunt during her wake.

I would like to think I wouldn't, unless it was accidental, for example, sometimes my arms move when I am explaining something and I have accidently hit someone who was near to me.
I think I would be rude to an old lady if she said anything nasty to me or about a member of my family. I can understand your situation about hitting the lady who said some unkind things about your aunt.

No, I would never punch an old lady, that is just wrong. If you are going to do damage you are far better off with a sharp kick, you don't bruise your knuckles that way

Yes once I was taking care of this old woman and she beat the crap outta me, slashed me with her claws and spit in my face and ripped my scrub top all the way up to my boobs then pinched me so hard my whole arm swelled up I was ready to knock her lights out. But I remembered that I would be the one going to jail even though I was the one who was a bloody swollen mess.....so no I never would but there have been times I've wanted to.

Hmm... I might be compelled to do so if she said something mean and nasty about my child.
But if she had her husband with her I'd probably have to punch him too and the next thing you know your digging a bunch of holes in the desert.
Better just keep it to flipping the bird.

Maybe not punch but you do get some old ladies who are dam well rude.You shouldn't lose your manners just because your elderly,and i have told this to a few who where out of order.

lol no i don't think so. i worked at a nursing home before i got my R.N. license and there was this old lady that purposely rammed into my leg really hard with her wheel chair every time she seen me. and at times i thought i would have liked to punch her but i didn't lol :)

I would!!! If she was hurting one of my kids, and that would be the only reason! We teach our kids to look over rude old people who are very opinionated! but...I would not look over an old person who was intentionally harming one of my kids I would punch her hard right in the face!!!

If she was insane and trying to kill someone. First I would try to restrain her before punching her.
