How can I disguise without all over colour. I do not want to be colouring my hair every couple of weeks. M hair is dark brown.

There is a brand of hair dye (Bigen from Japan) which you can apply yourself and lasts for a couple of washes before it needs to be refreshed. It may be suitable for you.

If I were you I'd go natural.
White hair at the temples is very distinguished looking. It makes you look a little older, but that isn't always a drawback.
Find a way to blend the hair and get a good flattering haircut.

Unfortunately I have had the same problem for the last couple of years.
You can buy colour called root-touch up that is just for your roots.
OR you could go blonde because then the regrowth wouldn't be so obvious.
OR shave your head lol..
