Almost any vegetable can be steamed to mushiness in the microwave so you don't lose all the nutrients. Soup is good. Eggs are soft . Pasta can be cooked very soft, though not as good that way. Oatmeal, grits or quinoa flakes can be flavored with cheese as well as sweet flavors. Applesauce and juice for fruit.

Don't forget about mashed potatoes with gravy - and you might be able to handle meatloaf with that.
Scrambled eggs, applesauce, cottage cheese, tomato soup with crackers crumbled into it to add "bulk" (same for a lot of other soups); tapioca pudding; well simmered stew can just about fall apart; chili without the beans can have the meat really minced.
Good excuse to enjoy a milkshake!
Good luck with the rest of your dental work - I've been through plenty of it myself. But it's worth it to keep my own teeth.

Stick to smoothies, mashed potatoes, broths, puddings and cream of wheat......all are soft and won't hurt. Ice cream is probably too cold to enjoy if your teeth are sensitive. Reminds me of when I had braces...you can't eat much!!

soft tofu. Nutritious, protein-filled, and easy to chew. Plus, tofu takes on the flavor of any sauce it is prepared with, or marinated in.
