Chinese definitely, because it is cooked more softly, and food is treated with more care.
I know that Chinese cooks care for keeping the original taste of the ingredient, and avoid destroying it.
Indian food is thoroughly cooked, and taste of food is completely distorted with a big quantity of spices.

they can be both pretty unhealthy..
indian food is good for you because hte spices, and curry have beneficial qualities.. but chinese food can also be good for you too..
they are both very oily though..
I love vietnamese and french food..
vietnamese and thai are my 2 faves right now.
very minimal oil. and lots of fresh veggies..
french is not really healthy lots of butter and creme but it's so freakin' good..
sorry for ranting on and on..
hope this bit of weirdness helped!
