This is the immigration section, so my answer is this...They will want to hear if your an Illegal alien...that way they can decide right then and there to hire you because they know you will work cheaper...and exploit you..

Sum up your experience and give a couple of details. Add a little one in about a hobby.

Example: I have been the Marketing Director for 2 Fortune 1000 companies and strive to bring new and innovative ideas. I enjoy challenges and have a great work ethic. I also enjoy snow skiing.

That you have interests outside of work - but not ones that will affect your work. That you have a stable environment (eg family, friends). That your values will not conflict with the company's.

So a bad answer would be "I don't really do anything other than work. Not since I was released from prison and my 4th wife left me. Was thinking about joining the Taliban though."

They want to hear more about you ... Quick breakdown of your family, what you like to do, extra curricular/sports activities. Just make sure what you say can be worked into a positive spin for your job.

They want to know where you have been, where you are now, and where to you want to go in the future, say in the next five years. They want to know what you are going to bring to the table with a position in their company.
