i want to put all the essential valuable items into that backpack and take it with me on the plane and just put clothes into the check in luggage. am i doing something wrong? how do i know whats right and whats wrong. anyways i have a lot of drugs and i took them out of their big cardboard boxes and stuff to save a lot of save. and i dumped the same bottle of pills into another one to fill it up of the same pill. im from north america going to all the south american countries.

you should contact the air line you are planing on using . they ill be able to direct you to the right office you need to talk to about taking prescription drugs with you out of the country. Some are allowed and some are not. do a little checking before you try to fly with those in the know (govt offices).

medicals are allowed if they are for personal use, and if they are of a reasonable quantity. perhaps, you should be ready for questions concerning the amount of your pills. i think that it's advisable to have the prescriptions to the medicines you've got in order to avoid misunderstandings.
