If you have the three Fx, Fy, & Fz forces, you can find the resultant (F) of the three forces as :

Fr = ((Fx)^2 + (Fy)^2 +(Fz)^2)^0.5

If you have the three Mx, My, & Mz moments, you can find the
resultant (M) of the three moments as:

Mr = ((Mx)^2 +(My)^2 +(Mz)^2)^0.5
