Ok,so for class we have to bring a food and I was thinking about making little sub sandwiches. What kind of varities could I have?Like what combinations of breads, meats, veggies, condomients, etc.

Would that be expensive?I hoping to spend no more than $20 for all the ingredients.

and yes,we have to make it OURSELVES.

Make a fruit salad with yogurt dressing. Your classmates will love it and it's easy. Just have the fruit already cut and peeled. Use little dixie cups for serving and a toothpick.

This is the easiest thing that my kids make & its healthy.
Buy a bag of baby carrots and a box of golden raisins.
1, Wash the carrots thoroughly, now using the old fashioned grater: Grate the carrots on the fine or thin side. Grate the whole bag.
2, Add the box of raisins to the grated carrots, stir them together.
3. Add 1 Tablespoon of honey to this, stir again.
4. Place a lid or Saran Wrap over the bowl, refrigerate overnight.
5. Take to school the next day.
It's sweet & it's healthy.

I like Italian BMT's, Pepperoni, Salami, and Ham are the meats, then add lettuce, red onion, green pepper, choice of cheese, on some wheat bread. Depends on class size if can keep it under 20$

that sub is not that healthy.....
if you hae to feed so many people....and it has to be healthy...i would say go w/ soup/chili/stew...basically you get all four food groups in except dairy....but you can squeeze that in w/ a little cheese or sour cream...

I personally don't think sandwiches count as making something from a recipe...
