No there is no specific test that is routinely ran just to see if there is a "Clean out" done. But the person above is right anything abnormal in the urine is considered an adulterated test which is treated as being a positive test. From All the test I've done not many people have gotten one over the system. As a probation officer if you think someone is cheating a test you can have them take one anytime in the office or at there home!
Caught several people with bottles and condoms full of urine!

PO's can't do that kind of test, they can only do a litmus rapid detection of the presence of drugs. A lab has to test for the "clean-out" substance in the urine, and they do so routinely. This is called "adulterated" urine, and is treated as a positive screen. Sometimes if the lab suspects a positive for any reason, they will expose the urine to each of the drugs being tested for, and if the result is negative then that is evidence of adulteration. These compounds which are sold claiming to conceal the presence of drugs don't work for the most part. I've read of one in particular that did work, but the manufacturer is now involved in a felony criminal court action for selling the stuff. As far as "cleaning out" your body of drugs, the time it takes to do so depends on a number of factors. Most drugs have an average detection time in urine, but mainly depend on the person's metabolism, weight, food/fluid intake, general physical health, age, liver and kidney efficiency, how much of the drug is used, how often, and how long the drug has been habitually used. Other variables include whether the person uses/abuses multiple drugs. You can search the web to learn about typical detoxification times for individual drugs. I believe LabCorp has a list on it's site.
