I have a job that requires me to stand on my feet for 10 - 12 hours a day. When I sit and relax my feet swells and it's hard for me to stand on them because they are sore. I have comforterable shoes but it doesn't work. Any suggestion please.

use vicks vaporub or bengay on your feet before you go to sleep. while you sleep, it will definitely help you through the soreness. you will feel like a new woman the next day. My job requires me to stand too.. the soreness goes away after I wake the next day from sleep anyway. so, if vicks doesn't work, I recommend you take some tylenols to kill the pain. Feet soreness is common and the medications I stated are typical and non-doctor worthy.

although your shoes are comfortable they may lack good support which is vital. are standing in one spot for a long time? if so then try to walk as much as possible while at work to improve your circulation to your feet. also drink more water so your feet don't swell so much.

Ouch, you've got it tough.
It sounds like you might have a circulation problem. Support stockings and shoes that are not only comfortable but have good arch support might help.
It would also be a good idea to talk to a doctor just in case there is something wrong with your circulation.

Gel soles in your shoes. They also make mats to stand on for long periods of time. Have your boss get you one. Soak your feet in Epsom salts when you get home and get regular pedicures.
