My doctor once told me that someone saying that they were "borderline diabetic" was like someone else saying that they were" a little bit pregnant."
Either you are or you are not.
If your blood fasting sugar is above 100, you are now part of the growing crowd who are considered to be diabetic.
There are no really "good sugars" you put it. But things that will cause your glucose levels to rise are: breads, pasta, all starches, this includes anything thing that has a "ose" on the end of the word.
This is how it was explained to me.
Now you have to start reading labels.
Lots of green veggies and proteins and follow the diet the doctor gave you.

I am writing to tell you what an incredible impact these methods had on my life! I have had type 2 diabetes for 27 years. For me, the worst part of this horrible disease is the severe pain I constantly get in my feet. The pain is so bad that I avoid standing and walking as much as possible. I've got to tell you that within the first month, my feet stopped hurting altogether and I can now walk totally pain free.

Believe it or not, I even danced at my niece's wedding last month, something I have not done in a many years. I've been following the book for six months now and my blood sugar is well within normal range. I feel great!

I recommend you use the Type 2 Diabetes Destroyer to naturally reverse your diabetes.

Watch what you eat and drink.

I'm hoping the doctors office gave you a script to see and talk with a Dietitian because they can be very helpful in this situation. It's just changing your diet and exercise and it doesn't mean you can't cheat every so often with diet.

Are there any family members that are diabetic? Was your test done after a fast? Questions to see what's what and that you may not have known.

Hi,

I've tried so many different diets in the last 10 years that I can say now, they don't work!
A few months ago, I came across a great product for weight loss and like many others I was skeptical about it. But I really wanted to lose weight and I tried it. The results were excellent and I lost 20 pounds in 2 months. I felt fantastic and I dropped another 5 pounds safely. That's why I recommend you check this product at http://www.fit-thin.info where they have a free trial and you only pay $6.95 shipping and handling.
Good luck!
