Does anyone else remember these tiny blue sour candies that dyed your entire mouth blue. They came in a little round container. I keep thinking they are called screamers, but no body else remembers them. I was in elementary school when they came out and they were ''band' from school because everyone was walking around with a blue mouth and it was ''distracting'' lol, if anyone remembers the actual name I would very much appreciate it, Than you in advance :)

I think the same ppl who made warheads may have made screamers. the blue ones were blue raspberry, and if you ate too many you'd get a mild acid burn on your toungue! If they weren't screamers, they were just warheads.

Blue Sour Candy

Well, the classic sour candy was Warheads. And usually if the candy is blue, it is flavored raspberry. Don't know why but this is consistent. Warheads were like lemon drops (different flavors) with an intense powder on them that was really sour. But once you got past this coating, you found an ordinary sweet fruity candy.

Another candy more like what you describe, being little tiny beads...is Nerds. Fruit flavored, little roundish abnormally shaped hard candies, they looked like fishbowl gravel only smaller. And I wouldn't be surprised if they had sour ones.

You may be able to do some research on your own, by visiting the Wonka candy website. You can visit there, and see old packaging and candies, and see if they are the ones you remember.
