You need to go to your dentist as soon as possible. Did you have a filling in the tooth or was the cavity so large that the tooth was weakened?

If you did not have a filling and the tooth is crumbling because of a cavity, you need to get to the dentists right away, you could end up with further damage and have to have a root canal done.

You sound as if you are not keeping up with having yearly dental appointments, which are important for all over health. It has been proven that poor dental hygiene can contribute to other problems such as high blood pressure, heart problems and internal infections.

Please make an appointment now.

it may not be too late to save the tooth so get to a dentist fast. if you are terrified of dentists let the dentist know and he or she will prescribe a sedative. make sure you have someone to drive you home. going to the dentist is scary but you can get really sick from decayed teeth and unfortunately teeth can't heal themselves.

It depends on how much decay is on what's LEFT of that tooth. You need to see a Dentist SOON! :0

The took will rot.. although they may be able to cap it...

They will most likely try to save the tooth first.

Yes because you can have decay down to your bone and then it's a very serious infection
