Female: when they get holes in them. Usually they get holes at the seams.
Actually, wait. No, I keep the ones with holes for laundry day. I never throw awy undies.

youre supposed to throw awy underwear after 100 uses but , some are so comfortable to let go .hehehehehe

When they get worn looking enough that I'd be ashamed if I ended up in the ER unconscious and someone else undresses me. It's happen twice in the past five years.

When they become full of holes or they get too disgusting/discolored, or if there are just too many half-visible bloodstains to be used as "menstrual" underwear anymore.
