I would say that everyone at some time or other exhibits passive/agressive symtoms.

Not me... not even close but from the description I think a guy I work with is like that.. he even pouts and all that crap its so childish and irritating I just want to slap him. I'm just plain aggressive.. there ain't no passive about it.
