Hi, I am using windows vista microsoft word, the first time I save a file, I am able to see this box popping out so I can click where I want to "save as", however, if I want to change where I want to save it to, I can't. Because when I save again, the box for the "save as" doesn't come out again. Can someone please tell me how to get that "save as" box to come out?

go to the window icon at the very top left corner, it will pull up open, save as, print etc like the xp version.

click on the form interior the real left corner and then a drop down menu looks. you will locate it there. or you ought to use the shortcut key that's "Ctrl+S" which would be swifter. soo yea
