Go adopt a special needs child if you want to save someone. Or sponsor a foster family who specializes in special needs children. Save a life, instead of repeating the same old dogma to people who already know it, and will never believe it. Do something that actually does make a difference.

§☺ĻĻŷ: Lots of these children are dying every day. They're dying alone in care homes, hospitals, and adoption centers. I already did raise 2 before my health started failing, and now have a baby at home. I DID put my money where my mouth is, and my love, which is something that some people in here seem to be lacking.

child of God: You are correct, none of us is perfect. Some of us realize that, while others prefer to point out some imagined flaw in others. The problem comes when those who claim to follow a path of love waste more time spreading hate and judgement than doing the work that their beliefs were founded on. I appreciate your answer, respect your belief, and feel sorry for you for being associated with those others. Hope your day goes well, and wish you the best.

piña♥colada: I do realize this dear lady, and I do appreciate it. We also get a lot more telling us that they hope we burn in hell than giving any kind of decent answers. Those who show a caring attitude, I'm nice to. Those who act like most of the ones I've had the displeasure to know in person, I return what I get generally speaking. Have a wonderful day, and happiness be yours.

*claps like crazy*
If only they would adopt the good works thing like the Catholics. Grace is all find and dandy but it doesn't feed the homeless
I am personal supporter of donating everything you can spare to battered women's shelters, but hey that's just the idea of a godless heathen...oh wait, I have lots of gods. LOL

Sadly, Christians tend to give Christians a bad name. We are typically hypocritical, and find it much easier to monitor someone else's sin nature than attempt to analyze our own. We are imperfect creatures who have some how convinced others that we view ourselves as being perfect. In my truly humble opinion, a true Christian is someone who recognizes the depth of his/her own sin and acknowledges that through Christ alone, with what He accomplished on the cross, can a sinner be reconciled to God.
And you're right about one thing, Christians need to become more active extensions of Christ's ministry on this planet. We are His hands and feet and need to incorporate that into the sharing of the gospel. God bless!

this is the kind of stuff that REALLY makes YOU look bad........ YOU have NO idea what I and other Christians do with our money or time..... again, another attempt at making YOURSELF look good, and NOT succeeding at all....... How many children have you adopted, or fostered, or taken for a special day some where ?? I bet I know that answer !! NONE....... your a sad little person with nothing better to do but to throw YOUR insecurities and faults towards other people, that YOU know nothing, NOTHING about...... You have NO idea what or who God is so you run around in circles, pointing your judgmental finger at every one but yourself......... GROW UP !!!!!!!! after you do that then we can talk about what I or anyone else has done......... until then, back off buddy and stop worrying about what we *Christians* do or supposedly do not do according to enigma the NOT so know it all !!!!!!!!!!!! go in peace.......... God bless

Christians feed the poor and adopt special needs children and give to St. Jude..Christians help people in this world and through God, reach some for the world which is to come.
It is nice of them to feed the flesh but even greater to feed your eternal soul.
If you check the facts Christians are the most charitable people in the world but your eternal life is more important to you and God than your temporary flesh.

Granted, some are overly exuberant but here's a fact of life: nothing and noone will ever stop the army of God.

You're entitled to your rant about those who say they are Christians but don't do anything but preach. Don't ignore the fact that there are those who do follow their religion of love and kindness in word and deed to people and love and obedience to their God. Be fair.

Just because someone thinks they don't 'need' saving does not mean that their way is correct. I am not saying the Christian way is correct, I believe it to be, but everyone is entitled to their own opinion. People should not force their opinions on others. Peace
