You should have seen this guy's avatar the other day. If you clicked on a question once, it looked like a surfer dude. The next time you clicked on it, seconds later, it looked like an accountant or something, lol. YA is doing weird things.

Mine occasionally turns into the grey smiley square. I have noticed that some peoples avatars completely disappear altogether! Very odd.
