The easiest way for some people is to try not to blink. Just hold your eyes open and don't let yourself blink. You'll start to feel the tears coming after a minute or two.

Watch a sad movie and that sometimes helps.Tears are great for cleansing all the sadness away.I also have suffered that problem for many years. And since learning to let lose and express myself, I am finding I am more able to shed a tear.Infact when I am not even expecting it.Letting your feelings out instead of hiding them inside is one way. But even when I couldn't cry, I did find a sad movie or if an animal got hurt in a movie it brought a tear to my eye.Concentrate on sad movies,or really happy ending mushy ones help too!!

Light some candles, lay on your bed.

Close your eyes and listen to damien rice - O. Listen to how beautiful it is.

But then again, this makes me cry because of the beautiful memories I have from it.

Crying isn't necessarily bought on by sad feelings. Think of the most perfect day. Until you are completely content and relaxed in your head.

If you really "needed" to shed any tears, they would be there. The fact that you are so concerned about this and the talk about "cutting" yourself leads to the inescapable conclusion you need to seek professional psychological help immediately.

Well...you could always wax your legs...that should do the trick.

If you really need to cry...I could also suggest another painful alternative, but that may be going slightly too far. Why do you need to shed these tears?

just open you're eyes, don't blink and stare at an object in a distance, for a few minutes until you feel like your eyes are already watering. it will give you fake tears, if that's what you need.

If you put a little menthol on your finger and put it NEAR your eye, it should get it to watering pretty good. You can use something like Vick's Vapo-rub.
Onions are also pretty good.
