But have a problem seems like after the last time i snorred that line of ice ( a thiny one) and after i quit weed ( quit weed a little before i did the last ice) i cannt stop my brain of thinking and worrying about a lot of stuff. I happens every day and it gets to the point that i will have a headache around my forehead and side. I just think myselfe to death. I just work all day long 6 days a week. Going to the psychiatrist is the best thing you could be doing, besides, of course, your quitting all the drugs (you're a very strong man to be able to do that on your own!).
My guess is that you have a drug-cessation caused anxiety disorder. If this is the case, medication will help substantially. Cutting down on the anxiety will help the headaches, too. But you need to cut down your hours so you can have a personal life. You are not going to die and think, "I wish I worked harder." You will think, "I left no one behind that I loved. No one will mourn me."
See that psychiatrist. That's the best thing you can do.

It kinda sounds like you have some anexity or even a little depression. I have had in the past where I swear I could carry on 4 or 5 complete thoughts in my brain at once, I could pray, make shopping list, worry about the bills, the kids, work everything like it was in layers constant thoughts that never stopped not even to sleep. My doctor put me on Zoloft and it helped right away, I have not had that problem since. I am still taking a small dose of Zoloft 10 years later but I tell you it was worth it. I did have some counsoling too and that helps whether you think it will or not it does, sometimes the first consolor you see may not be the right one for you and if that happens don't give up find another one when you find the right one you will know. Hang in there and dont do anymore drugs they can't help you with anything but they can make everything worse, physically, mentally, emotionally and sometimes even legally.

Make yourself busy, do something. By doing anything you keep your mind off your anxiety. When you wake up in the morning start doing something right away, and keep busy all day. Cleaning the house, washing the dishes or working in your garden, reading, studying, exercising your body or and meditating can help you keep your mind away from anxiety. Just sitting around and thinking about your problems and worries won't make them go away.
Find reasons to laugh. This will bring light and happiness into your life and drive anxiety away. Watch comedies, be with happy and amusing friends or read something that makes you laugh.
Exercise regularly. People who have anxiety often quit exercising, but exercise can give you a sense of well-being and help decrease your stress.
Avoid caffeine, a stimulant found in coffee, tea, soft drinks, and chocolate. Caffeine may increase your sense of anxiety. Also avoid over-the-counter diet pills and supplements that contain ephedra (Ma huang) and other stimulants.
Control your worry. Pick a place and time to do your worrying. Make it the same time and same place every day. Spend 30 minutes thinking about your concerns and what you can do about them. Try not to dwell on what "might" happen. Focus more on what's really happening.Thought stopping is a skill that requires commitment and practice, practice, practice. Here are some quick tips to help you begin to control your thoughts:
Words and Phrases
» Stop!
» I can cope.
» I am okay.
» I have done it before, I can do it again.
» Okay, just slow down. You will be alright. You are going to be okay.
» This will pass - give it time.
» Just relax.
» I can accept this - it is unpleasant, not dangerous.
Actions
» Talk to someone.
» Breathe deep and slowly.
» Carry a lucky charm - touch it.
» Visualize a peaceful scene.
» Focus on external happenings - the wind, the sun, birds, noises.
» Sit down. Touch the earth. Touch a tree.
» Look at the ants working.
» Turn up the radio. Sing out loud. Hum a tune.
» Perform physical work.
Get plenty of sleep. Don't rely on alcohol or drugs. It may seem that alcohol or drugs relax you, but in the long run, they worsen anxiety and depression.
When you go to bed at night, and first thing when you wake up in the morning, think about the good things that are happening to you. There are always some good things happening, even if small and insignificant.
Talk about your anxieties to someone you trust. Talking about your anxieties and feelings often alleviate them and put them in the right proportions, provided you talk objectively, and with a real desire to reduce or get rid of your anxiety.
Talk about your anxiety with your doctor. This is important so your doctor can make sure your plan is working. You may also need to see a counselor. Counseling can help you learn to express your needs and cope with your feelings. Support groups can also be helpful, both during counseling and to bolster your sense of security afterwards.

I dont think you have ADHD, but you could have drug induced Pyschosis, which is very common for people that have smoked weed or done Ice. My partner smoked week for 7 years and is now trying to quit and he did have one episode of psychosis.
Your best bet is to go to your appt with the psychiatrist and make sure you tell them about all your prior drug use because that will help them with there diagnosis!
Good Luck

Hi, ur own words that u are a nice girl and help every one arround u. u knw y depression occurs in ourself dear when we expect something from ppl and we dont get it . so the main cause of depression is expectation from others. and u also said that no one treats u like that even when u help them. u only said that u were an intelligent n beautiful girl full of life and naw u feel that u have lost ur confidence n u hv become ugly n duffer. I am sorry but i think u r stupid in thinking that. if u say that u were beautiful and intelligent what paossibly can make it come down, the answer is "U" urself . no other person can do it. if u ask me whether it can really come down, i would say "NO" intelligence and Beauty never comes down cause both things are related to our brain (even beauty). rest i will tell u later but just one thing that if u want to regain your lost confidence which is actually not lost but is still inside you then stop thinking about ppl who are not bothered about you. simply kick their A** out of your life. knw who are your real friends ( u wont find more than three, m sure) carry a smile, dont look at any one, do wotever u love and love whatever you do. do it 4 few days and c the difference in yourself. wear smart dress even when you go to yrbed room. moral is to feel comfortable while wearing and doing everything. U knw one thing y ppl sometimes dont like you because they knw that you are some one special having some very special features in your life and they can never match with you. so they try to pull u down and this is the easiest of way. n good ppl like u always get trapped but as u r an intelligent girl, m sure can come out of this easily. but remember one thing keeping silent in front of those ppl is not a solution but answering smartly is definately the one. all the best beautiful and intelligent girl. may God bless You.

i do NOT think it is the marijuana the only truly bad sideeffect of that is its illegal. All of the other drugs on the other hand will seriously screw you up. They can alter your brain chemistry. I think that seeing a psychiatrist is a good idea and you should definetly keep that appt. But you should also go see a medical doctor SOON! Like call tommorow morning soon.
