Let's say my current furniture, is in very good condition, I'm just sick of it. It's boring to me now, I want something new. When I buy my new furniture, would the furnishing company pick up my old furniture? It's in excellent condition, no scratches, dents, marks, stains, nothing. Do they offer discounts if you do that? Even if they don't would they just pick it up for me? I don't know what else I could do with it, and it'd be such a shame if I just threw it...

Several choices. Sell it thru a classified ad in the local newspaper or Penny Saver. Sell on Craigslist...Call a couple of churches and see if you can donate it to a needy family, call Good Will, or the Salvation Army. Don't give it to the furniture store. They will sell it and make money or just throw it in the trash.

Since you just want a change and the furniture is in good condition ...have you considered reupholstering your furniture. You could get your new look without having to spend a lot of money on new furniture and you would not need to figure out what to do with the old.
