Yeah. I haven't been to church since I was a preteen. I saw a lot of those types of Christians. They don't practice what they preach.
Then you get the overly religious people. Ones who try to dictate what YOU should be doing. I'm Agnostic too.
But I did start telling people I was Atheist. And Man you would have thought I told them I was the "Anti-Christ"!
Don't worry what people say. I know easier said then done.
it's a free country. Christians don't have to push Their religion on you if you don't want them.
And I remember this "Judge Not. Least Ye be Judge ye self."
throw that back at em.

People think your evil well i hate to break the bad news to you . But people both good and bad, believer or none believer will think all sorts of things about you. And as you grow older those ideas and opinions will become worse in some cases. Look at this way if you can get up in the morning and your comfortable with the guy that stares back at you in the mirror. You can smile at yourself and say good morning. The don't sweat what others think about you. You have nothing to prove. These so called Christians might see you and understand your happy with who and what you are. Maybe they are having issues with doing what they are doing and maintaining their so called faith. The grass is always greener on the other side of the fence. Maybe they like the look of your lawn ? And are scared to admit it.

I am sorry for that. There is a difference in agnostic and atheist.
Agnostic has no belief.
Atheists do not believe in the existence of God.
There are two things to learn to avoid as an adult.
Politics, and religion. I hope this helps.
I am a Christian and I hope you are not offended by my response. I feel sure you are a good person. You are right about the fact that Christians break the 10 commandments all the time. I am guilty of that myself. Christians who are really Christians, do not condemn.

Because they are afraid of you. You are different. You have the courage to admit that you don't have all the answers and that you do not truly know if there is a God. But you are not evil. You are very intelligent. Right now would be a real good time to bash christianity, but I won't. Keep searching for the truth and you will find it. Shalom brother.

Sounds like they're people you shouldn't really worry about,as for them being Christian it sounds like they are just cultural or traditional Christians i.e. born into it.
It might be tough on you but try not judge Christianity because of ignorant people like that, you'll find your way if you keep your mind open and stay strong enough so as to not let circumstances like that influence you.
From a former agnostic.

There is nothing wrong with having premarital sex, getting high, or drunk... but I see your point. There was this woman at work, I won't go into detail but lets just say she was a real a-whole (she did everything she could to piss people off, even took credit for other people's work), but she thought just because she attended church, that made her a good person.
But they think your evil because your different, they can't understand how you can't follow everyone else and just believe.

Do you know the meaning of agnostic? Here it is and that is the very reason why they are calling you evil.
agnostic
ag·nos·tic [ag nóstik]
(plural ag·nos·tics)
noun
1. somebody denying God's existence is provable: somebody who believes that it is impossible to know whether or not God exists
2. somebody denying something is knowable: somebody who doubts that a question has one correct answer or that something can be completely understood
I'm an agnostic concerning space aliens.

as a person grows older, one learns that you do not always have to religion self-identify in all social situations because religion like politics is one of those topics which motivates some people to be "team oriented."
some times i find that a good strategy is to allow new people to learn your qualities and gifts via casual conversation before jumping into a religion or politics label.

Eric: What kind of school do you attend ? I'm sure, that all of the students there - are NOT Christian unless, you are attending a Christian school. Even, so, would they ALL be going out and getting "blasted" ? Your query lacks plausibility with me . Correct me if I am wrong.

Everybody judges people, though we shouldn't. Christians aren't always better people then agnostics or atheists. Christians differ only in that they are forgiven, that's all.
