You will likely get diarrhea.
Your body will start to digest its own tissue in order to get protein, fat and minerals so you will lose muscle mass and bone density and feel tired all the time. Eventually your heart, liver and kidneys will fail and you will die.
Fruits and veggies are full of vitamins, so you won't need a vitamin supplement except for vit B12 which is only found in animal based food.
It's a terrible idea, you need protein, fats, complex carbs and calcium in your diet.

Yes, you would be a vegan. Vegetarians generally will eat cheese and eggs. Vegans are prone to nutritionally deficiencies; however if you educate yourself and eat a broad range of foods you generally will be just fine. Protein/amino acid deficiencies are the most common problem, as vegetable proteins tend to have less complete mix of amino acids than animal proteins. Nuts and legumes are good source of vegetable proteins.

The cons are that you might be missing a lot of essential nutrients in your diet--proteins, minerals, vitamins, starches and fats. A multivitamin will not compensate for that.

pros: youll get all your vitamins or most of it
cons: There is so much that your body needs but will be lacking. Also if you are taking in too few calories, your body will go into starvation mode which is a bad thing and your metabolism will really slow down. Frankly, i wouldnt go for that diet if i were you.

I don't think it would be very healthy, not that it would kill you, but your body needs protein and some healthy fats. Fruits and vegetable are carbs only.

The Pros would be that you are getting your vit c and getting natural sugar. The bad would be you didn't mention proteins and starches, and your body does need them.....
