Yep. The only prerequisite for atheism is a total disbelief in the existence of a god or gods. Everything else is up for grabs.
Some atheists believe in an afterlife, some in souls, some in spirits. Some in just about everything.

It depends on if you believe ghosts are people's souls lurking about, or if you think a ghost is a "time recording" an impression of sorts that plays out in our time (please remember time is not absolute and is bendable/relative). Also, you could not believe in god or gods, but believe that an individuals energy may remain intact, unwilling to join their energy within the circle (of life or force or what have you), thus remaining without their body but in essence.
Perhaps they have not made the decision to be reincarnated and hang onto their old life, or keep their energy and enjoy looking into other times and realities.
So, in all, yes, you can be atheist and believe in "ghosts", it just might not be your personal definition of "ghost"

They're not ghost ! They are demons ! anyone that dabbles in the occult in anyway will encounter these evil beings. The bible speaks of demons and they have emotions, can think and see.Do not invite or confront these evil beings as they're more than humans can handle. Only through the name of Jesus can they be made to leave. They even tremble at the sound of His name.

I don't think so. We all have a spirit/soul. I don't know everything, nor does anyone except God, himself.
I would advise not to get too involved with what you think is a ghost. The spirit world is no place for humans.

Well, believing in ghosts would indicate belief in some form of afterlife as far as I'm concerned.

No. Atheism is the affirmation that "no" life exists after you die for the conviction IS that no God created us to begin with. "Ghosts" is a PROOF that "someone" left this life and is "existing" as unseen most of the time which would DENY atheism.

Yes, an atheist simply lacks belief in gods.
That doesn't mention any other beliefs in the supernatural.

As long as you don't believe in God, you're an atheist.
