It's hard to say. Some years the worst snowstorms of the winter occur in March. In other years, it could be fairly mild if there is an early spring.

If it is northern Ontario, most likely still cold.

I do not know where he lives that stupid guy who answered the first letter but I am sure he is a complete idiot O K IN March it depend in which part of ONTARIO IN southern Ontaroi its warm but in eastern Ontario theres little bit snow left but not much And as to inform the stupid guy today the thermometrereach 85 F
