(Speaking about an Army base not civilian police)

When there is a complaint called on a neighbor and the caller gives no identification is their phone number on the complaint?

-Please dont look more into the question than it really is or give opinions I only want the answer.

No. There most likely won't be a written report, and probably very little reaction at all.
