Her stomach is bloated and tight. She had lost her appetite but started eating again. Now, she lost her appetite again, and now her rear paws are swollen. She is 10 years old, alaskan malamute mix.

I would be concerned about a circulatory problem/heart problem with the swollen feet. The bloated stomach could be a sign of fluid in the abdominal cavity. None of her symptoms sound good. Being an older dog cancer is a concern(Liver cancer can cause abdominal swelling). Please take her to vet for a check up if you haven't already. good luck

This sounds like she could have a blood clot or blockage of some sort. I would be making a vets appointment as soon as possible, these type of blockages can lead to kidney failure.
If you have a twenty-four hour emergency vet near you, you should consider taking her there, dogs are generally severely ill when they stop eating.
