If you like her, then WHY didn't you ask her out a LONG time ago?!?!?!?

It looks like you missed your chance - but if he's REALLY as horrible as you say he is, then she will DUMP his worthless @$$ quickly!

When that happens - get out there and MAKE YOUR MOVE ;);););)

u should ask her what she said and then if she said yeswask her why and if she said no then there is ur chance ask her out go 4 it
