okay, there's this guy i've liked for like about a year and a half. alot of people i knew were telling me he had a crush on me. I was excited i thought he would ask me out. but he didn't. he does drugs and all but should i continue looking forward for a relationshio with him?

You'll never know unless you try - but make sure you are CAREFUL. Ask him out in a PUBLIC place if you're concerned about your safety..
If by "doing drugs" you mean that he smokes the occasional joint, that's not really that big of a deal (unless your name is "Incintiniar" )- but RUN if he's a crackhead/heroin junkie ;););)

If you love him, win his heart and make him stop consuming drugs and other bad habits.
