"There are no gay people in Iran" (sic). Yeah, right (''snort!''':)
I believe the penalty for "homosexuality" in Iran is death ?
If so, nope. Do not agree.

Why would you even ask a question like this? Islamic law is based on Old Testament Judaic law. Islam honors the same God - the God of Abraham, the father to both groups of people. The Old Testament Judaic law and Islamic law call homosexuality an abomination and require death for its treatment.
The New Testament requires love, forgiveness and repentance for its treatment. After having the opportunity to live in a human body and suffer temptation in the same ways all humanity is tempted, Jesus became our advocate before the Father, and God's grace expanded exponentially.
God still limits sex to marriage, and Jesus forgave sexual sins without reserve. Paul called adultery (not homosexuality) the worst sin; Jesus forgave adultery.
My opinion on the method for dealing with gays, for dealing with Ahmadinejad, for dealing with Iran, for dealing with the US, is that it should all be done with great love and great prayer for wisdom and compassion. And when there is confrontation, it needs to be done for the greater good, not for somebody's offended sense of normalcy.

No method used by Ahmadinejad, Iran or any other Muslim country is worth following. Jesus is our example and He said to love everyone. He never said to kill anyone. Of course you already knew that. I guess you just thought this would be such a clever question, lol. What a great way to get those rotten Christians, huh?
Edit: Yes. Everyone should have equal rights.
God Bless.

I'm sure you know the answer to your question. Of course, Iran's method of dealing with gays is not acceptable. I find it insulting that you automatically call out Christians to answer your question. Don't you know that their are countless groups out there that hate gays? Christians don't hate gays. Christians hate sin. You need to widen your outlook and realize there are dangerous people in the world - and it's not Christians. Look at the terrorists! Look at Iran! Hitler killed gays! None of these are Christian!

No it is not for us to say! It is written...why beat people over the heads with it. God said...either you obey or you don't simple as that! He'll deal with it...if he doesn't its nobody's business but GOD!
All of Israel, the nations have sinned. Therefore the right to judge has been removed from us. Those who are without sin cast the first stone I say.

But according to Ahmadinejad there aren't any gays. So, what methods did you have in mind?

Would you think more of us Christians if we ordained a gay bishop? Would you like directions to a church that would happily except you the way you are whether you are gay or not?

. It is better for us to tell them about God's love, forgiveness and to get them out of the depraved sinful lifestyle they choose over the natural one God intended for them. Only with Jesus in the heart can they overcome this sin.
