There is a cream you can get over here in Aus called~Hamilton Eczema cream ~ its in a pink and white tub and any chemist should have it~ i found when all else failed it worked and it works quick too! The active ingredient is coal tar.You can also buy coal tar soap.
Hope it helps for you~ also when you change climates as you have it can set off eczema quite badly try to use a humidifier in your home or keep a pot of water simmering on the stove for added moisture in the air ~ you could also try rubbing it with garlic cloves but that gets a bit smelly!!
Hope it clears up soon!

i've an eczema in between my fingers. I was told by my parents; to rub the affected area with salt, and dip into a warm water of salt.Wipe it by using a clean cloth and apply a lotion or vaseline.
Or try to rub the area with peeled garlic,it hurts, and don't rinse it.

It'll go away in a week or 2 if ure consistent.

Good Luck. ;)

Try evening primrose. You can get it at supermarkets, it's inexpensive, AND it helps with other things too, like the symptoms of PMS.

My sister gets eczema pretty badly, and the evening primrose helps a LOT.
