When I was at the lowest point in my life, when I had told God to get lost, when I blamed Him for all the evil in my own life and all the evil in the world,
when I was most deceived, He spoke a simple word into my heart saying "Maybe Jesus really did die for your sins" - and I was born again - lifted from deep depression and filled with peace, joy, assurance of forgiveness, acceptance, hope, meaning, love, light and understanding.
I did not even know there was such a thing as being born again, being raised Catholic and never having been taught such things. I have lived in the peace of God ever since, now almost 37 years.
He continually shows me great kindness, and I have a strong assurance of eternal life. He really is the most delightful Being in the Universe.

Jesus is not God, to me.

God gave me life and grant me everything in my life. The main question should be, "What have we done for Him in our lives?

I believe in God and believe he has no conytrol over what happens in the world..lets face it if he had control then we wouldn't be living in a world that we live in today..so for your answer he has done nothing but i do believe we will be rewarded for our efforts when our time come to depart. You also asked about Jesus..Well Jesus to me is nothing im afraid and just think he was a clever man who has fooled many people.

I am an atheist and do not subscribe to any imaginary gods.

The jesus myth on the other hand is such a total sham, that i find it hard not to laugh when people (or the self proclaimed holy book of holy books - The Bible) claim that he is the "son of god".

I am not trying to be mean, thats just my stance on jesus, not everyone is "in" to him... well, the majority of the worlds population do not even beleive in him.. some food for thought there.

Too many things to mention here - but these are just some...
Rescued me from self-destruction...
Taught me what love truly is...
Taught me to appreciate life - the good and the bad...
Brought my family even closer than we were before i knew Him...
Pours out His grace and mercy abundantly each day...
Saved my soul - and my name is written in the Lambs book of life...
Ransomed - healed - restored - forgiven...

God bless and keep you : )

I sought Jesus and the Lord's prescence, not His presents. I becames completely content with them and let them do their sanctifying work in me. Then, without even looking, they brought me my husband !
