Are you taking medication for your high blood pressure? Then it should be low enough to exercise.
Just because you have high blood pressure doesn't mean you can't exercise. You can still get up and move can't you? As you sit and watch TV, get up and walk around the house during commercials. You can sit in your chair and do leg lifts, you can move your arms, you can lift very light weights. Do something during EVERY commercial break for the 3 hours of prime time and you should have about 45 minutes of exercise. Do this Monday, Wednesday and Friday night and you'll lose weight. It won't be fast, but it will be steady. As you lose weight, your blood pressure may go down and then you can exercise even more.

1stly, consult your doctor if theres any safer way to exercise.
I've learnt a few methods on how top exercise to lose weight in a sitting position.
1.Sit down and raise ur hands up in the air, and do an arm and shoulder rotations.
2.Get a sponge or anything soft. Bring ur arm forward and squeeze the sponge a few times. Take note that inhale when u squeeze it and exhale slowly when release e grip. This helps to circulate the oxygen and blood properly.
3.Lift ur leg as if ur climbing up the stairs in a sitting upright position.
4.Do a final step of breathing exercise.
You can do it during ur free time even while watching tv. Calories burnt 20mins after every exercise. And do drink plenty of plain water as it helps to improve metabolism and keeps you full and therefore intake of food is then reduced.
Good Luck. ;)

The fastest way to lose weight it not the best way. If you only limit your caloric intake without exercise your metabolism will slow down and you will eventually gain it all back. You need to find a good nutritionist and an exercise specialist because the best way to lose weight and keep it off is a combination of diet & exercise - cardio in particular. Exercise can also help you control your high blood pressure.
Good Luck!

Serious answer:
You should try to lose weight slowly, not fast. The faster weight is lost, the more likely it is to be gained back.
Joke answers:
1. Amputation
2. Go into space. You can lose all your weight if you go somewhere with no gravity, or some if you go somewhere with some gravity, but less than earth (the moon, for example).
