There isn't anything like right (perfect) gf/bf. It is a chemistry between two persons. The understanding, forgiving, tolerance, accepting and forgoing all egostics, ignorance, pride and arrogant are only the basics. And that's why, you will find the pecentage of divorces are higher than prolong marriages.
We tends to forget all these after we are marriage.Every one tries to be perfect when we are dating, coz of love.
There are no correct answers to those questions being asked. Experience and time will tell.

you have to get to know that person first..
see for me.. it took me several months.. my bf and i have been together for 2 years now.. we have fun all the time. he loves me and i know this because of how he reacts when i do something he doesn't like..
you know that you have found the right one.. when you can't stop thinking about that person.. when you want to know everything that they do.. when all you think about is that certain person

You will just know, i cant put that any more simple. Its werid u will just feel it spiritually, this amazing feeling will just spread inside u. You might not no it instantly, but u will definatly know in the first date with the person. Its a phenomeom!!!!!!!!
