well it seems that he does.. but the only way you will find out is by asking him.. but don't do this out of nothing.. first start talking to him making conversations and when you are ready and know that he might feel the same way then go for it..
just don't get your hope up too much

Depends were hes looking if u got some ugly spot on you then he's looking at that if not andu got a nice face well then he may like u have to fine out just b/c he keeps looking at you dosnt nececraly meen that he likes you talk to his friends about it see if they know anything.

Well guys like girls that can make them laugh. So most likely he probably does. If he's staring at you I think he likes you because lots of boys do that. He's probably shy but you shouldn't rush things. Have someone ask him for you but don't make it too obvious. :-)

you'll never know till you ask him ---- or ------ until you do this simple test:
when your in class with him - try to get him to go out of his way to talk to you. you can't say anything. but if you can get him to talk to you - more than "hey, hi, how r u" - with relative ease, then he likes you.
if it's hard to then he might not, sorry. but mos def try.
