What do they mean by it? Are they trying to say something sexual, or just "we should talk sometime and become friends" or "we should go on a date"? It's so confusing. I'm afraid to call because I don't know what they expect.

A number means to call me sometimes. It isn't something sexual but just to converse and to get to know each other better. If you decide after talking with him, that he isn't for you, it would be best if you try calling from a payphone. that way he has no way of getting your home phone number..

give him a call. if it is about something you do not approve of you have the right to say no. I think he just wants to talk to you. But will not know unless you make the call.
