The boxing along will give you plenty of muscle. If however, you feel that this is not enough or you want even more fitness you may lift weights or cross train in other sports or activity. The imporatnt thing is to focus your training. If all you want is a good cardio and good looks then the weight lifting has to be geared toward looking good. However, if you want to be competitive in boxing or any other sport then the weight training has to be focused on achieving a certain goal. FOr example, if you are a runner then the focus of weight training should be to help you run. That is to help you run faster, or stronger legs or what ever it is that will help the running. So, first decided what it is that you want and then look for a place that will taylor your trining (weight, cardio or whatever) toward the goals you want to achieve.
