That varies a bit from state to state. 18 is the most common answer, but in at least one state, 19 is the correct answer. The age of majority is the age when you will be allowed to legally sign contracts (such as a lease) on your own. Emancipation is very rare, but it is possible to be granted it by a judge.

Another route you can try is having your parents declared unfit to raise you. This very unlikely unless both your parents are habitual felons, repeatedly abuse you and your siblings, or are proved to be mentally unstable. The problems with this are it will ruin your relationships within your family and there is no promises where you will end up in the foster care system.

Wow, is the grass that much greener on the other side of the hill?
You should not even entertain that thought. There is more to life then thinking that all is rosie living away from your parents.
I will declare this to you young lady. You have absolutly no idea in heaven or earth how difficult life is living out there on your own and worst, with someone else. I have been there, done that. I know first hand. But you are setting yourself up for failure.
BUT, most important of all in all of this, is the deep inflicted pain that you will cause your parents. You have absolutly no idea, total zero idea, of the pain. You are 100% void in that department.
By the way, you have to be legally 18 to move out on your own.

The legal age is 18 unless you emancipate yourself from your parents.

Best thing -- hash out the difference between you and your parents. They're the only ones you have.

You will have to wait until you are 18 to be legally responsible for yourself.

17 is the legal age to be on your own.But you will always need your parents advise for decisions you will make in
the future. your parents have already lived and learned
from their mistakes. your friends if they are around your
age don't know any more then you do . my advise to you
would be to stay living with your parents until you are at least
21.

It really depends upon the state you live in. In the state I live in, you can leave when you are 17, but most states it is 18...
