Even when I am not lying down or inside, my nose still is stuffy. If I am hiking in the woods, it is still clogged.

Perhaps you should dust the room and vacum a little more often. You might have a slight allgery to dust. Also try opening a window a little bit, or turn on a small fan. Good luck.

Because at night you are lying down and everything that is in your sinuses is getting stuck and plugging them up, hence many times stuffyness and headaches are worse in the morning.

During the day you are standing or sitting upright enabling anything that was clogging your passages to drain freely.

Hope this helps. :-)

Because you are inside, and the air is dryer.
