If a Christian says no, their beliefs in Christianity are off.
Here's something to consider, Who made the ground we walk on, Who made the air we breathe, Who made the water, the grass, the fruits and vegetables, the animals, the trees, the flowers, the animals, the sun, moon, stars and planets, the whole universe, and us? Why do we wake up each and every day to a new day? Why do we continue to live?
Nothing can only create nothing. Something/one had to have existed in order for something/one to come into existence and had reason for doing so and having the genius and intelligence and power to do so. The Creator is always greater than the creation. It's like the analogy, you can't have a watch without a watchmaker, you can't have a house without a house builder, you can't have a poem without a poet, you can't have a painting without an artist, and you definetly can't have everything we see all around us in nature and such, the whole universe and everything and everyone in the universe without a Creator.
It's like when you look up at the moon and stars at night and if you don't believe God exists, what do you really believe? You may claim random chance or by accident or out of thin air, but is that logical, especially considering you can't have a watch without a watchmaker and nothing can only create nothing, and a house just doesn't come into existence out of thin air from no designer and for no purpose? It's even more so and more complex when it comes to creation.
God loves each and every one of us and stands at the door to our hearts and knocks, wanting us to open up to Him and have a right relationship with Him and so be saved (and that doesn't happen by praying the sinner's prayer either) and spend eternity with Him where there is no more pain or suffering, or crying or death but perfect paradise.

You directed this to Christians. I hope every person that says they are a Christian says "yes". If not, they need to rethink their chosen religion.
Yes, He does exist.
