Especially candied nuts, fruits and other things to hang on the Christmas tree in paper cones or the like? Especially for the children? Thank you!

Peladillas, they're Spanish sugar covered nuts, usually almonds and pinenuts.

I also love a biscuit my nan use to make, she'll make a hole in the middle of the shape and put broken fruit candy in, after baking it would look like stained glass.

This might not be the type of recipe you're looking for, but it's what we've always done with the leftover candy canes.

Crush them into half inch or smaller pieces (easiest to do while they're still wrapped), add equal amounts of raisins and rough cut walnuts. Mix all together. Enjoy!

If you got some colored cellophane, you could put some of the candy in it and tie with a pretty ribbon to hang on the tree.

Maybe hang them closer to the top of the tree so the kids can't reach them
