It's only too late when you're below ground.

Go for it.

It is never too late to go back to school. I don't know what your situation is at the moment but I assume that you are going to have to keep working while you are in school. I would recommend that you think about what kind of education will give you the most benefit for your time and money. For example, getting a degree in nursing could take four years of full time college but becoming an LVN would take less than two years full time and you would be instantly employable and making good money. Probably the best place to look will be community colleges and universities that offer evening courses. Whatever you decide to do I hope you have good luck.

It's never too late!!!! Go back ASAP! I was 36 when the place where I was working closed it's doors. It was my first and only full time job I had ever had. I started there when I was 19. I had a GED, but that was all. Fortunatly, I was able to draw unemployment and go to college until I graduated. I finished school with a 4.0 and several awards. Being older, I really appreciated my education and was very serious about it. Please dont let your age stop you. You still have a future! Go for it, and best of luck!!

Its never too late. Do it now, if you can afford it do it full time. A friend of mine told me that she knows someone who quit her job and went to school fulltime for something in the medical field. I believe that she got a scholarship of some kind due to demand for the position. I am seriously thinking about going back to school in a different field because there is no room for advancement and things are really bad at work. Good luck!

number 1 yes its going to be hard to go back to school, but you wont regret it when your living comfortably and doing something you like or love, number 2 dont listen to those idiots that say that they have great work from home gigs its a sham, doing surveys might pay maybe? but I tried it and the first so called survey too 45 mins and to get the whole 5 bucks it paid you had to sign up for something so dont listen to those morons

go back to school
what do you have to loose other than more years of being unhappy and underpaid

good luck

It's never too late to go back to school! I was in a public speaking class about 5 years ago with a guy who was married, had 2 kids, and was working at Fed-Ex. Believe me, if he can do it, I know you can find time to!

41 is young. Ronald Reagan was 41 went he met Nancy.
He must have been in his 50's when he beat Pat Brown to become Governor of California, and he was 69 when he was elected President in 1980. (Ronald Reagan's dad had a drinking problem.)

I am sharing this because our culture presents many oppurtunities. We may have to really apply ourselves to gain them. We may have to be very intelligent but it can be done.

you are never to old to go back to school. i've seen someone older than you graduate from college. if you go back you can get the the degree you want and the knowledge for whatever you want to do. you still can have your own business, but with the help of some self-employee classes it can take you further. no one stands in your way but you. my mom (no lie) is 45 and she just went back to school. she's wants her own business, so she's getting help where she needs it the most. i'm very proud of my mom. she can do it so can you.
