To put on muscle stick with the basics...try the deadlift, bench, rows, and squats...those four lifts alone should help you pack on the muscle

Progressive resistance or weight training will give you muscle gains. Go to the gym and have a weight training instructor assist you.

the deadlift's really helped me out
when i first started
but what you eat ,counts as well
