Your diet is horrible. You're lacking alot of nutrition. First of all, frosted ANYTHING is no good for you, peanut butter on whole wheat is healthy, but you should add a fruit for fiber. Spaghettios offer your body nothing except a ton of sodium. Try eating more fresh veggies, and lowfat dairy, such as light yogurts, lowfat milk and reduced fat cheese.

you can mix it up and vary it to avoid boredom.

add this if you want to improve your health-

1) Eat more steam food, lean meat, lean protein, vegies and fruits

2) Cut out the junk food, soda drinks and snacks. Get rid of the junk food from the cupboards! Eat cashew / almond nuts instead.

3) drink plenty of water / green tea

4) Exercise - look at combining weights and cardio into your program. you can look at alternating upper and lower body exercises without rest, say bicep curls, then lunges , rest and repeat. With cardio, try sprinting 100m, jog 100m and repeat.

5) as you are doing now - Have 5-6 healthy meals a day(1 plate portions) to keep your body satisfied

6) if you have cravings drink water or eat fruits

7) have an action plan for long term goals, start off with small goals and increase it gradually over time. And you will see in your size drop.

8) form a support group. Make yourself accountable to someone like your parents/relatives/friends/partners. Best yet, get them to participate in a healthy lifestyle.

Good luck

get away from the sugary cereals and snacks.
start eating cereals like Kashi and Fiber One.
a reasonable snack is about 120 calories,
but the best snacks are fruits.
and nuts. but not the kinds smothered in salt
or honey roasted. natural nuts.
try trail mixes and granola bars also.
spagghetio's are not a good dinner,
you need vegetables and a good source of
protein. stay away from fatty meats like pork and beef.
try lean meats like turkey, chicken, and lean steak.
tofu is a good source of protein also.
you also need a form of starch at dinner,
EAT WHOLE WHEAT PRODUCTS. not white.
i hope this helped. (:

It would probably be much healthier if you added a bit of variety to include more nutrients/vitamins in your diet. Some ideas:

Breakfast:
*eggs and ham
*oatmeal
*yogurt and fresh fruit
*toast and jam

Lunch:
*Salad
*Tuna, turkey, or chicken sandwich
*Lean meat with pita bread/tortilla
(Include fruits and vegetables where you can -- baby carrots or tomatoes, strawberries, banana, orange, etc)

Dinner:
*Chicken or turkey with a side of salad
*Soup & salad
*Brown rice with lean meat
