microsoft office, if you go to search FROM your microsoft word document, then onto the microsoft office website and find a nice template to downloaddd.

If you use word or MS works there is a template there for resume and cover letters. To get an idea of how you want to set it up just do a search for resume on the internet and read a few to figure out how you want to word things. Office supply stores sell high grade stationary so you should be able to create a very professional resume yourself.
