I read it all the time on here, I know it's racially motivated but was curious as to what it actually means. It's usually used as pendejo boys?? It just sounds funny. Thanks for help.

It's not a racial word. It's not Bendejo as someone said, either. You spelled it right.
It's an insult, it means "jacka**", "fool", "jerk".
It's not a nice word but as I said, it has nothing to do with race.
The original meaning is literally "pubic hair".

Pendejo is no really a perfect word to call somebody, but a lot of people use it to call disrespectifully at someone like ***... is english (do you have a picture?)

In Hungary you just have to call someone a "bunko" which just means, a log head. It is a total insult here.Funny how words are used to hurt.
