I don't need to be saved, therefore I don't need Jesus. He did teach a nice message of peace though, for which I am truly appreciative.

of corse. He died giving us all the means we need to be saved. The church,@ the sacraments, we must cooperate with Jesus day by day. Live without sin, but if we do sin, and he knew we would he gave us the sacrament of reconcilliation, where we have the assurance of forgiveness, when Jesus said who's sins you shall forgive, THEY ARE FORGIVEN.
